Yesterday I posted about the Ted & Muffy store launch in Bath so today I’d like to show you the boots I was kindly gifted. We had our pick of the store and I went for a staple – the flat riding boot style Triton in brown waxed nubuck leather*.
I like the waxed leather as I really like the relaxed, worn-in look that it already has and will look better with wear. You can see that Ted & Muffy really pays attention to the details even on the simple styles. The wolf stud is a neat nod to the branding without being too in your face. There are also two subtle stretch panels to add a bit of give and ensure comfort in style. As recommended by the Ted & Muffy fitter, mine are quite tight to begin with but the leather will loosen up to fit perfectly within a few wears.
Jumper: Pimkie at ASOS (£15.99)
Jeans: New Look Super Skinny (£22.99)
Boots: Ted & Muffy Triton* (£225)
Brooch: Bonnie Bling (£5 similar)
Ring: Ecletic Eccentricity (£5)
Bag: Cambridge Satchel Company (£120)
Hooded Cape: Primark (£18)
Nail Polish: Barry M Cardamom (£3.99)
Glasses: Lucky Brand at Glasses Direct (£125 similar)
Lipstick: Mac Plumful (£15.50)
So a fairly simple look, but ideal of all sorts of autumn days out – walk in the woods, pub lunch, maybe a spot of shopping. All sounds good to me! I really love the mustard coloured jumper (even though my ombre’d hair kind of disappears into it) which goes perfectly with my rather busted up but much loved satchel.
By the way, if you are wondering what I’m laughing at in the first photo, it was the cat slipping about on the roof. She had to be rescued afterwards. Cats!
Love the bag!☺️
Thanks, it’s a favourite x
